Registration fee
Registration Fees include admission to a copy of the proceedings (copies of speakers’ slides) of all plenary and technical sessions presented on April 16-18, 2025. All registration Fees include tax. We provide online participation options for those who registered IEEE COOL Chips 28. IEEE COOL Chips 28 aims to be an in-person event, and online participation will be complementary. We highly appreciate if you understand that online participation is a best effort basis and our audio/video facilities provided for online participants might be limited. After you register with this conference, we will send you a URL and password for the web conference on Zoom via Whova.

Registration
We will open the registration site in the middle of March.
NOTE:
- The official invitation letter for Visa process will be issued only to confirmed presenters and attending co-authors.
- We cannot show the banquet fee in details, because the registration fee is indivisible.
- When you register COOL Chips, you must accept the following IEEE Event Registration – Terms and Conditions:
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/event-terms-and-conditions.html - If you need a formal receipt issued by COOL Chips 28 Organizing Committee, please request it via email to “cool-reg’_at_’coolchips.org (Please replace the ‘_at_’ to @.)”. We will send its PDF file via email after the conference.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
Requests for refunds via email to “cool-reg’_at_’coolchips.org (Please replace the ‘_at_’ to @.)” must be received no later than April 4, 2025 (JST), and processing fee of 10% of the total amount of payment will be charged. We regret that no refund could be made after that date.
